Oakwood Veneer Company is hiring a Production Associate / Machine Operator for our Troy manufacturing facility. No manufacturing experience is required-we'll train the right person. If you've worked in production, assembly, warehouse, material handling, food service, or another hands-on role, we'd love to hear from you. You'll operate production equipment, perform light manufacturing and assembly work, inspect parts for quality, move materials weighing 2030 pounds, and help keep a clean, organized work area. The role is active, hands-on, and offers opportunities to learn multiple machines and production processes. You'll earn an effective rate of $17.05 per hour while working a full 40-hour week on a consistent Monday Friday, 8:00 AM4:30 PM schedule with no nights or weekends.
