Job Description: We are seeking a Generaly Assembly Associate. This role is responsible for assembling vehicle components, performing quality inspections, and maintaining safe and efficient production operations. Ideal candidates are dependable, quality-focused, and interested in long-term career growth within automotive manufacturing.
Job Duties:
  • Assemble and install vehicle components according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Read and follow written assembly instructions, production guidelines, and safety procedures
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and cleaning to support continuous production
  • Inspect assembled components for defects, irregularities, and quality concerns
  • Identify and escalate defective materials, equipment issues, and production discrepancies
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations throughout assigned shifts
  • Follow established manufacturing processes to meet production and quality standards
  • Skills & Experience
Required:
  • Ability to read and follow written assembly instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Basic knowledge of workplace safety procedures and manufacturing quality standards
  • Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks involving bending, reaching, and kneeling
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb steps as required
  • Ability to perform basic visual quality inspections and identify defective components
  • Ability to work a 40-hour schedule with overtime, including approximately two Saturdays per month during Q4Desired:
  • High School Diploma or GEDAt least 6 months of consistent work experience in manufacturing, retail, food service, or a similar environment
  • Previous experience in automotive assembly, manufacturing, or production operations
  • Familiarity with assembly line processes and production equipment
  • Experience using basic hand tools or assembly equipment
  • Knowledge of routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance procedures
