Position Summary: We are seeking a results-driven District Manager to oversee multiple locations within the Philadelphia market. The District Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, achieving business objectives, and ensuring an outstanding customer and employee experience across all assigned locations. This is a confidential leadership opportunity ideal for a strategic and hands-on leader with a proven track record of managing multi-unit operations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and support multiple locations within the assigned district. Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational performance. Recruit, develop, and retain top talent while building strong leadership pipelines. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Analyze financial and operational metrics to identify opportunities and implement action plans. Conduct regular site visits, performance reviews, and coaching sessions. Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience.5+ years of multi-unit management experience. Proven success in leading large teams and managing district-level operations. Strong business acumen with experience interpreting financial statements and KPIs. Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills. Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned district. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business reporting tools. Preferred Experience 5+ years of multi-location retail, restaurant, hospitality, or service industry leadership experience. Experience leading organizational change and driving operational improvements. Strong talent development and succession planning capabilities.
