Vice President of TaxSalary: $200,000 – $230,000 Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Greater Orlando area. Relocation assistance may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Why This Opportunity Stands Out: Serve as the senior tax executive, working directly with the CFO and senior Accounting leadership. Lead the corporate tax function across multiple entities and jurisdictions, including tax planning, compliance, reporting, and audit defense. Oversee tax due diligence and structuring for acquisitions, divestitures, and other transactions. Build and develop the corporate tax team while improving tax processes, systems, and internal controls. Present significant tax matters to executive leadership, the Audit Committee, and Board of Directors. Key Responsibilities for the Vice President of Tax: Lead federal, state, and local tax planning and compliance, including corporate income tax filings, estimated payments, and tax audit matters. Oversee quarterly and annual tax provisions under ASC 740, including deferred taxes, uncertain tax positions, and financial statement disclosures. Direct M&A tax due diligence, transaction and entity structuring, and analysis of trust-related tax implications. Manage the corporate tax team and oversee specialized tax requirements involving trust taxation, tax-exempt operations, and multi-entity structures. Advise executive leadership on tax risks and planning while improving tax reporting, internal controls, and compliance processes. Qualifications for the Vice President of Tax: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation and 10+ years of progressive tax experience, including leadership of a corporate tax function and management of tax professionals at the manager level or above. Strong technical expertise in corporate tax compliance, ASC 740, multi-entity structures, tax-exempt operations, and M&A tax planning. Experience in trust taxation, fund/investment company tax accounting, or fiduciary tax administration, with the ability to apply that knowledge to specialized industry requirements. Experience advising executive leadership and managing complex tax matters across multiple jurisdictions. CPA preferred; MST, JD, or LLM in Taxation a plus. #INSEP2026 EB-7119973399
