- Attend and Complete 2-Week Sales Training: Training held in Dallas/Fort Worth for 2 weeks (ZINTEX covers all travel arrangements)
- Be part of one of the most proven sales training programs in the home improvement industry
- Weekly appointment schedule: Monday–Friday (10:00, 2:00, 6:00) | Saturday (10:00, 2:00)
- Conduct professional, high-energy sales appointments (avg. 2 hours each) in the customer's home
- Attend weekly team meetings and intensive professional training workshops
- Guide customers through a personalized, one-call-close design and sales process
- No cold-calling or lead generation — 100% of your leads are warm, pre-vetted, and pre-set Compensation
