If you're an exceptional executive assistant seeking a flexible work schedule, we'd love to hear from you!This is a remote position.Job Responsibilities:Manage calendars and scheduling efficientlyCoordinate travel arrangements, including accommodations and itinerariesOversee social media management and engagementCreate professional PowerPoint presentationsHandle invoicing and manage payment processingPrepare and submit expense reportsProvide excellent client care and supportAssist with light event planning and coordinationManage and organize email correspondenceHelp create and maintain procedural documentsManage newsletters for distributionPreferred Candidate Attributes:Ability to work independently in a virtual environment, managing tasks and meeting deadlinesA proactive work ethic with a strong sense of responsibilityExceptional attention to detailPride in producing high-quality workStrong written communication skillsAbility to follow both written and verbal instructions accuratelyExcellent customer service skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyStrong organizational skills for managing multiple clientsCommitment to maintaining confidentialityRequired Abilities:Establish and manage priorities effectivelyAnalyze complex information and draw meaningful insightsDevelop strategic solutions to address challengesWork in a methodical and sequential mannerDesign and systematize processes for efficiencyVisualize and diagram workflows, steps, and proceduresCreate order and structure from disorganized situationsOrganize both information and physical/material resources effectivelyImplement structured systems to improve workflow and efficiencyRequirements:Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an administrative or executive assistantFully equipped home office, including:A computer with the full version of MS Office 365High-speed internet accessA smartphone with email capabilityA computer with a functioning webcam for virtual meetingsStrong proficiency with cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Workspace, project management software)Excellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentialityNote:This is a 1099 contractor position.The role is fully remote.A background check is required prior to contracting with us.We are seeking candidates with availability during regular business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.). Please note, this is not a project-based position and cannot be done alongside a full-time job.At this time, we are not hiring applicants residing in MT, PA, NY, NJ, or CA.
