Job OverviewAflac Inc. is seeking a highly organised and proactive Remote Executive Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This remote role is crucial in providing high-level administrative support to our senior executives, ensuring their schedules are managed efficiently and their administrative needs are met with professionalism and discretion. The successful candidate will be a cornerstone of our executive team's productivity, working from a remote location within the United States.This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $30 - $40 USD, commensurate with experience.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing complex calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones.Arrange and coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents to a high standard.Organise virtual and in-person meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and taking minutes when required.Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.Manage and reconcile expense reports, process invoices, and assist with budget tracking.Serve as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for executives, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.Support special projects and company initiatives by conducting research and coordinating tasks as needed.QualificationsProven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high-level administrative role.Exceptional organisational, planning, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other virtual collaboration tools.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.A proactive and resourceful problem-solver with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.Previous experience within the insurance or financial services industry is desirable but not essential.BenefitsA competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.The flexibility and convenience of a fully remote working arrangement.Opportunities for professional growth and career development within a leading insurance company.A supportive and collaborative company culture focused on teamwork and employee well-being.
