First Day ABA Therapy is seeking a qualified ABA professional to provide therapy to children with autism and related needs. You will assess, design and implement individualized intervention plans under BCBA supervision to promote meaningful skill development. The role emphasizes collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams, data-driven progress tracking, and adherence to BACB ethics in a safe, supportive environment.
