About the role

Melmark New England is seeking a Residential BCBA to oversee a residential caseload of up to 16 students across two residences. You will implement Behavior Intervention Strategies, conduct functional assessments, and provide weekly direct observations while coordinating across school and residential sites. The role requires strong leadership, 7–10 years of clinical service delivery and supervision experience, and 3–5 years in program management.
