About the role

Oscar is hiring a People Strategy Partner to join our People Strategy team in New York. The role partners with department leaders to align strategic outcomes with company objectives and ensure roadmaps, management processes and talent are in place to achieve outcomes. The position is based in New York City with a hybrid schedule of three in-office days per week. Base pay ranges from $135,792 to $178,227 per year, plus benefits, unlimited vacation, and annual performance bonuses.
