About the role

Adaugeo Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead the people function for roughly 1,100 employees across four states. This on-site role is based at our Pendleton, Oregon headquarters and requires strategic HR leadership with hands-on ownership. You will own the HR function across Adaugeo, Praxis Health, and Interpath Laboratory, building a team and addressing complex issues like compliance, compensation strategy, and employee relations.
