The successful candidate will be responsible for team leadership and development, AI and process transformation, excellence and innovation, business outcomes, and thought leadership. This role demands a seasoned professional with over 12 years' experience in UX, product, or experience design, and a proven track record of practice transformation and leading large-scale projects. The VP of Experience will be at the forefront of the company's ACx vision, championing the role of agentic AI in the industry and ensuring that the Experience function is a key driver of the company's strategic direction. Key responsibilities for the VP of Experience include building and leading a high-performance team, instilling a culture of craftsmanship and innovation, and driving the adoption of AI and automated processes. The role also involves setting and achieving aggressive commercial targets, owning the Experience function's budget, and actively contributing to business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial and strategic acumen, with the ability to own senior client relationships and contribute to the company's thought leadership in the market.
