  • Preparation of ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys & Boundary/Topographic/Location Surveys
  • Engineering As-BuiltsLegal Exhibits & Descriptions
  • Subdivision & Condominium Plans
  • Project Management & Scheduling
  • Occasional Field WorkQA / QC of Survey Deliverables
  • Project Scoping and Proposals
  • Internal Team Communication & Collaboration
  • External Client Communication
  • Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying or Equivalent
  • Michigan Professional Land Surveyor License
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD / Carlson Survey
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong communication and organizational skills
  • Engineering Plan Interpretation
  • Knowledge of local, state, and municipal surveying standards and permitting requirements Self-motivation
