Location: Cuyahoga Co Detention Center   The Role at a glance: We are looking to add an energetic, motivated baker to our correctional facility kitchen team in Cleveland, OH. As a baker, you will have the opportunity to prepare a wide range of breads, pastries, and other baked goods daily. Important: This position is located within a correctional facility and requires successful completion of a pre-employment background check and any other screening requirements established by the facility or client as a condition of employment.
What you'll be doing: Following recipes to create quality baked goods.  Maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and the kitchen.  Ordering ingredients and taking inventory regularly.
What we're looking for: Must-haves:  Ability to follow recipes and proper food handling and sanitation procedures.  Experience using a variety of kitchen tools to produce various baked goods.  Basic math skills for inventory management, including ordering.  Nice-to-haves:  Experience baking in a retail environment.   Compensation Range $23.00 per hour, weeky pay!
