About the role

Company DescriptionZeego AI (zeego.ai) is a PropTech and AI startup building a smarter, lower‑cost alternative to the traditional residential real estate model. We focus on buyers who already find homes themselves (the growing majority) and want intelligent support through analysis, offers, and closing, without paying full‑service agent fees for work they don’t need.Think “LegalZoom for Real Estate”: combining AI‑driven property intelligence, decision tools, and licensed agent support to align costs with actual value.Zeego is founded by a real estate attorney and broker who is currently the General Counsel of a public real estate investment trust. The vision, product direction, and industry expertise are in place. What we need now is an energetic, organized startup partner to source our first customers and execute our early marketing playbook.Role DescriptionThis is a fractional, highly entrepreneurial role for a motivated Founding Partner / Growth Marketer. You will own our early go-to-market (GTM) strategies and spend the hands-on hours needed to secure our first wave of users. You will work directly with the founder to shape strategy, but your main focus is pure execution. This role requires a balance of strategic digital marketing and raw, boots-on-the-ground hustle to find early users. It is ideal for an organized, hard-working operator who is deeply passionate about the startup world, eager to build a track record, and motivated by substantial equity upside rather than a corporate salary.Key ResponsibilitiesFirst Customer Acquisition: Building, testing, and running the early GTM playbooks to get our first active users.Guerrilla & Local Marketing: Deploying unconventional, scrappy tactics to acquire initial users, including hiring field support on TaskRabbit, running physical ads and ground-level promo.Digital Campaigns: Setting up, launching, and managing early-stage digital ads, Google Search campaigns, and LinkedIn marketing.Social & Influencer Scaling: Laying the framework to eventually scale up online brand awareness by building our social media presence and collaborating with influencers.Lead & Partner Management: Managing inbound leads and building early referral partnerships (mortgage brokers, local networks).Agile Operations: Keeping the startup organized, managing weekly priorities, and maintaining a high operational tempo.Feedback Loop: Translating early user feedback directly into product positioning and marketing improvements.QualificationsWe are looking for someone who is:High-Energy & Hard-Working: Ready to put in the hours and sweat equity to move the needle.Ultra-Organized & Structured: Able to bring order to an early-stage startup environment and keep execution on track.Scrappy & Direct: Comfortable with ambiguity, cold calling, growth hacking, and doing whatever it takes to win users.Marketing All-Rounder: Has a baseline knowledge of digital tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn) but is equally excited about physical, out-of-the-box marketing experiments.Equity-Driven: Deeply interested in the startup ecosystem and motivated by long-term ownership.Helpful (but not required) ExperiencesPast experience in a growth, marketing, social media, or campus ambassador role.Experience running paid search, LinkedIn campaigns, or orchestrating local street-team/guerrilla marketing initiatives.Exposure to tech startups, SaaS, marketplaces, or real estate tech.A background that shows high agency (e.g., side projects, student leadership, freelancing).Compensation & CommitmentType: Fractional / Part-time with flexible hours, scaling as we hit milestones.Compensation: This is an equity-first role offering a meaningful founding equity stake, standard vesting, and performance-based accelerators tied directly to initial user traction.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
