About the role

Senior AdministratorGeoLogics is currently seeking a Senior Administrator in our Scottsdale, AZ location. With poise, honesty and a strict adherence to confidentiality, you'll provide a full range of administrative support to Directors and/or Senior Managers and their staff. Essentially, you'll manage their calendars, meeting and travel schedules and associated arrangements, expense and time reporting, and other responsibilities to relieve them of administrative details and allow them to concentrate on other business activities. You'll be expected to demonstrate initiative, trustworthiness, timeliness, and precision. It's your chance to be a valuable contributor to a collective success.Required skills include experience organizing local, domestic, and international travel arrangements while maintaining awareness of any security processes for international travel. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is necessary. Exceptional communication, organization and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task high priorities are also required. Ability to foster an environment of trust and teamwork, building collaborative relationships is essential. Strong writing and editing skills, vocabulary and grammar are needed. Ability to demonstrate professional written and verbal communications and identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation is also required.Education required: High School Diploma or the equivalent is required. In addition, related vocational training plus a minimum of 5 years administrative or business experience, or a minimum 8 years of administrative or business experience.
