About the role

Overview As Product Brand Management Director, you will lead the account marketing strategy across hospital, outpatient, and specialty channels to enable access and promote HCP-focused promotions. You will manage a team of product managers in a matrix environment and partner with global and US stakeholders to launch and scale anti-infectives initiatives. The role combines market access focus with cross-functional brand development and channel optimization. You will shape customer insights, messaging, and content plans to drive impact at scale in a fast-paced, mission-driven company. Responsibilities Craft and execute account enablement strategies, including hospital access and discharge channels Own professional marketing plans across hospital and urology channels Define customer insights, journeys, segmentation, and product positioning; develop creative strategy and content plans Oversee training and capability building for account field teams Align strategy across cross-functional stakeholders and maintain market understanding Manage disease and competitive landscape knowledge Foster innovation, inclusion, trust, and development within the team Key requirementsBS/BA with 6–8 years of marketing or relevant commercial experience Experience in Anti-Infectives and/or Hospital Specialty and/or Urology Experience developing account management strategies across complex customer types Ability to work in-office 2–3 days per week (Philadelphia, PA or Durham, NC)Ability to influence at all levels in a matrix environment Experience influencing without direct authority Proven track record of brand marketing plan development and execution Ability to track, analyze KPIs and make data-driven decisions Financial acumen and P&L mindset Strategy development in complex environments and capability to manage multiple projects Willingness to travel ~25%strong interpersonal skillsexcellent written and verbal communicationstrategic thinking and problem-solving Omnichannel Marketing Marketing Campaign Planning Marketing Measurement
