About the role
Managing day-to-day operations for the Amazon business, the remote full-time Amazon Senior Account Manager will oversee inventory health, promotional planning, and vendor operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business execution.
Key responsibilities
Manage inventory health by monitoring purchase orders, replenishment, and in-stock performance to minimize stockouts and excess inventory
Own promotional deal submissions and execution for key retail events, coordinating calendars and analyzing post-event performance
Serve as the primary operational contact with Amazon Vendor and/or Seller Manager teams, resolving issues related to listings, pricing, and catalog health
Required qualifications
7+ years of experience in Amazon vendor or seller management
Hands-on experience with Vendor Central and/or Seller Central
Strong understanding of Amazon operations, including purchase orders and deal submissions
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for building and managing reports
CPG or consumer goods industry background required
