Commercial Agreement Specialist

We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility and clear accountability.Responsibilities:Prepare standard contracts and amendments using approved templates.Support the creation, filing, and tracking of contract documents.Ensure all contract records are accurately maintained in the contract management system.Assist with simple supplier onboarding documentation.Explain basic contract terms, policies, and procedures to internal teams.Support compliance checks and routine audits.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Supply Chain, or related field.Basic contract law or procurement coursework preferred.Certificate of Completion in Paralegal Studies or a post degree Certificate2-5 years' experience in contract administration, procurement, or related office roles.Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Basic understanding of document management or procurement systems.Attention to detailOrganization and time managementWillingness to learnClear communicationIntegrity and reliabilityWe believe in a culture of trust, shared goals, and accountability.
