This role blends true front-desk reception experience with broader administrative support.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who takes pride in creating a polished first impression and enjoys variety in their day.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Office SupportServe as the primary, in-person point of contact for the office, greeting and directing employees, visitors, and vendors with warmth and professionalism.Answer, screen, and direct a multi-line phone system.Maintain consistent front desk coverage throughout business hours.Manage visitor check-in procedures and notify employees of arriving guests.Coordinate conference room scheduling and meeting preparations.Mail & Office ServicesReceive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.Coordinate outgoing shipments through various carriers.Maintain mail and package logs as needed.Process incoming documents and other office materials.Administrative SupportProvide administrative support across multiple departments.Prepare documents, update spreadsheets, scan, file, and maintain records.Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and office projects.Order and organize office supplies.Take on special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned.Qualifications3+ years of true front-desk/receptionist experience is required. This role calls for someone who has worked a front desk, not administrative or customer service experience alone.Additional experience in administrative, executive, or office support roles is a strong plus.A demonstrated track record of tenure and stability in past positions, rather than a series of short-term stints.Professional communication skills with a polished, service-oriented presence.Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, professional office environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.Comfortable learning new software and office systems.Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently.Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.Ability to lift and carry office supplies or packages up to 30 pounds on an occasional basis.What Our Client Is Looking ForOur client is looking for an experienced administrative professional who enjoys being the face of the office and takes pride in creating a great first impression.
