About the role
Returns Associate The Returns Associate processes incoming returns accurately, verifies RMAs, inspects product condition, and updates system records. This role ensures timely dispositionrestock, repair, or scrapwhile maintaining inventory integrity and supporting customer credit issuance.
Responsibilities:
Receive and log returned goods; verify against RMA and order records. Inspect items for condition and completeness, document findings. Update ERP/WMS with return status and inventory movements. Restock acceptable items and route nonconforming items appropriately. Print documentation and labels for return-to-vendor (RTV) when required. Perform basic quality checks and escalate discrepancies.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required 02 years of returns processing or warehouse experience Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs safely Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with ERP/WMSStrong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
