You'll be a trusted strategic partner who sets direction, drives decisions, and helps steer an institution that touches thousands of lives. What you'll own: The full financial function, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting and internal controls Oversight of outsourced accounting, ensuring the numbers are accurate, timely and always audit-ready The annual budget process, plus dashboards that give leadership clear, actionable insight The annual audit, as the primary liaison with external auditors Compliance across nonprofit accounting, donor restrictions and grant requirements Revenue tracking and reporting Payroll and HR administration, overseeing the full people operations picture What makes you the right fit:10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadershipA degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field; CPA and/or MBA a strong plus Nonprofit expertise, with fund accounting and restricted contributions squarely in your comfort zone Fluency in Quick Books (Desktop and Online), Excel and Power PointA take-charge leader who brings structure, sees what needs to happen and makes it happen, while managing multiple priorities with ease Why this role: This is more than a stable, long-term platform for your career.
