We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Assistant Community Manager Part-Time to lead community operations with a strong focus on sales performance, revenue growth, and overall community success.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing sales, operations, safety, and customer service in a fast-paced environment. The Assistant Community Manager plays a key role in supporting occupancy growth, operational compliance, safety initiatives, and delivering a high-quality experience for residents. Under the direction of the Community Manager and/or Regional Manager, the Assistant Community Manager provides administrative and operational support for the daily operations of the community, including resident relations, rent collection, compliance, safety, and sales and marketing activities. In the absence of the Community Manager, the Assistant Community Manager may assist with day-to-day operational functions as directed.
