About the role
To support nursing homes across the Southeast, the full-time Florida Licensed Quality Improvement Consultant will provide consultation, analyze performance data, and develop improvement strategies in a fully remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
Provide consultation and technical assistance to nursing homes to enhance quality performance
Analyze quality measures and performance data to identify areas for improvement
Facilitate educational programs and coaching sessions for nursing home staff and leadership
Required qualifications
Registered Nurse preferred; other relevant clinical licensure considered
Recent clinical experience in a nursing home or related healthcare setting
Experience with quality improvement and regulatory compliance in healthcare
Knowledge of CMS nursing home quality measures and improvement practices
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
