About the role
My client is looking to hire a Benefits Coordinator to support benefits administration for a diverse employee population across multiple organizations. This position will play an important role in ensuring accurate benefits administration, timely issue resolution, and a positive employee experience.
The Benefits:
Coordinator will serve as a key resource for employees, HR teams, payroll, and benefits vendors while maintaining a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and benefits information.
What You'll Do:
Process benefit enrollments, changes, terminations, and qualifying life events Respond to employee questions regarding medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefit programs Reconcile benefits invoices and carrier billing to ensure accuracy Investigate and resolve benefits and payroll deduction discrepancies Support onboarding, open enrollment, and ongoing employee benefits administration Maintain accurate and confidential employee data within HRIS and benefits systems Generate reports and perform data analysis using Excel Partner with HR, payroll, and external benefits providers to ensure accurate and seamless benefits administration Protect the confidentiality of employee records and sensitive benefits information What We're Looking For 2+ years of benefits administration, benefits coordination, or HR operations experience Experience managing enrollments, qualifying life events, and employee benefits inquiries Benefits billing and reconciliation experience strongly preferred Strong Excel skills, including data reconciliation and reporting Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP, UKG, Workday, or similar systems Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Strong customer service and communication abilities Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
