As we continue our rapid growth, we are looking for an experienced Internal Talent Acquisition Partner to attract, engage and hire exceptional consulting talent across Salesforce and Mule Soft.
The Opportunity: This is a critical role responsible for end-to-end recruitment across our consulting practice. You will partner closely with leadership, practice directors, delivery managers and sales teams to build a best-in-class talent function capable of scaling the business. You will focus on hiring Salesforce and Mule Soft professionals, including: Solution Architects Technical ArchitectsGTM/AE Roles Functional Consultants Developers Business Analysts Project Managers Delivery Leads Engagement Managers Integration Consultants Mule Soft Architects & Developers
Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through to offer acceptance. Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring requirements. Build proactive talent pipelines across Salesforce and Mule Soft skillsets. Create sourcing strategies for difficult-to-find consulting talent. Conduct screening and qualification interviews. Manage interview processes and stakeholder communication. Drive a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Support offer negotiations and closing activities. Talent Sourcing Utilise Linked In Recruiter, job boards, networking and referral programmes to identify top talent. Build and maintain talent communities across the Salesforce and Mule Soft ecosystems. Develop relationships with passive candidates. Attend virtual and in-person industry events where appropriate. Stakeholder Management Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and hiring managers. Provide market intelligence around salary benchmarks, availability of talent and hiring trends. Challenge hiring assumptions and advise on effective recruitment strategies. Deliver regular recruitment updates and pipeline reports. Employer Branding Promote the company as an employer of choice within the Salesforce and Mule Soft communities. Support social media recruitment campaigns and talent attraction initiatives. Assist with employee referral programmes and recruitment marketing activities. Recruitment Operations Maintain ATS data accuracy and reporting. Track and report key recruitment metrics. Ensure recruitment processes are compliant and scalable. Continuously improve recruitment workflows and candidate experience.
Required Experience: Essential 3+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition, Internal Recruitment or Corporate Recruiting. Proven experience hiring within the Salesforce ecosystem. Experience recruiting consulting, professional services or technology talent. Strong sourcing and headhunting capability. Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
