You will manage a team of sales representatives to ensure the completion of sales strategies and achievement of annual KPIs for a specific region. You will work closely with other colleagues to complete product activation to meet KPIs. How you will contribute: You will: Manage, develop, and motivate the team while working closely with the sales training team to ensure team training completion. Create and manage an annual business plan to achieve agreed KPIs and revenue targets, and report as required. Manage beneficial work relationships with customers to support the implementation of our product categories in the "best in industry" manner. Work closely with key stakeholders, including customers, product categories, product activation teams, sales training teams, and customer financial analysis teams to generate optimal revenue in your region. Understand the product categories and have in-depth data knowledge, train the team on tools to engage and influence customers to make well-informed decisions, thus helping to develop product categories and achieve our annual plans.
