Humorphic Labs is seeking a pioneering scientist to lead the scientific agenda for human-AI collaboration. You will convert fuzzy behavioral goals into executable plans, design evaluation tasks, and build significant portions of the experimental stack yourself. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to advance agentic AI systems beyond current capabilities. The role emphasizes hands-on research, data, and system design to drive adoption of proven methods within product teams
