About the role
As an entry-level Account Coordinator on the OEM FordDirect Team, the full-time remote position will assist with client communications, manage deliverables, and support account management while developing a strong understanding of the automotive industry and integrated marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities
Attain working knowledge of Team Velocity's processes and proprietary technology platform, Apollo
Assist with preparation of Customer Success documents and participate in client meetings
Maintain constant communication with account teams regarding deliverables' status and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
0-2 years of professional experience, preferably in an agency or automotive marketing environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
