About the role

Basis is seeking a video producer/editor to own video end to end, including in-office studio work, podcasts, testimonials, and brand films. You’ll manage shoots, set shot lists, and direct on-set and post-production with internal teams and external editors. You will maintain pre-production discipline, build agency/freelancer relationships, and shape a scalable video playbook for high-quality content across campaigns.
