About the role

Pilkington North America is seeking a Quality Director for North America Automotive to lead eight plants across the region, with responsibility for the QMS, IATF 16949 compliance, and customer quality relations. You will mentor Quality Managers, drive APQP/PPAP processes, and embed Kaizen and Genchi Genbutsu across manufacturing sites. This role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or related field and 10+ years in automotive quality leadership, with OEM exposure and travel up to 50%.
