Position Description: Make an impact behind the scenes of critical educational, healthcare, and institutional events. This role combinestechnology, problem-solving, and customer support to deliverhigh-quality virtual and hybrid experiences across the TTU System. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives onmultitasking, and takes pride in ensuring every event runs smoothlyfrom start to finish. Produces television or radio programs. May supervise otherpersonnel. May be required to possess a valid driver's license. Incumbent may be required to operate a vehicle from the TTU/TTUHSCmotor pool to perform the job. Major/Essential Functions Coordinate and produce high-quality virtual and hybrid eventsby interpreting event schedules and building, monitoring, andsupporting video conferencing solutions across multiplecampuses. Manage multiple concurrent events while effectivelyprioritizing tasks and maintaining exceptional customer service ina fast-paced environment. Configure, test, and troubleshoot audiovisual (AV) and videoconferencing equipment to ensure seamless event delivery. Provide real-time technical support and problem resolution forlive events, serving as a trusted resource for presenters, faculty, staff, and stakeholders. Collaborate with campus partners to plan, execute, andcontinuously improve virtual communication and eventexperiences. Maintain, organize, and optimize workstation and AV equipmentto support reliable, professional-quality video conferences andbroadcasts. Monitor event performance and proactively identify potentialtechnical issues to minimize disruptions and ensure successfuloutcomes. Stay current on emerging video conferencing and AV technologiesto enhance service delivery and user experience.

Required Qualifications

Education and Experience: 2 years of trade school with 2 years ofexperience

OR High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Associate Degree in related field.

One-year of experience in related field. One-year experience in an educational/medical setting.
