About the role

Rumpke Waste and Recycling is seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to lead HR activities across our Ohio operations from Ironton. You will partner with management to drive recruitment, employee relations, training, and policy compliance while maintaining a culture of respect and safety. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR, a Bachelor's in HR Administration or related field, strong knowledge of federal and state laws, and the ability to travel between locations as needed. Travel required.
