Schedule: Mon-Fri, 1st Shift, In-office preferred; hybrid available after training
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000/yr, depending on experience, with flexibility for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities: Receive and process incoming title orders from attorneys, lenders, brokers, and other industry partners Open new files in Tracker Pro (experience preferred)Respond to calls and emails from attorneys, lenders, and clients regarding order status and documentation Act as liaison between the clearance department and closing desk to ensure smooth workflow Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with all required information Provide customer service support throughout the lifecycle of each file Assist with administrative tasks related to title processing and file management
Qualifications: Prior experience in title insurance, real estate, mortgage, or legal support strongly preferred Familiarity with Tracker Pro or similar title software Strong communication and client service skills Ability to multitask and manage time sensitive requests Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities Comfortable working in a fast paced environment Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $70,000.00 - $80,000.00
