About the role
Hilltop Ski Area is seeking an experienced Ski Patrol Director to lead all aspects of the Ski and Bike Patrol program. This position oversees patrol operations, emergency medical response, staff training, lift evacuation, rope rescue, mountain safety, risk management, and guest service while fostering a positive and professional team culture. The Ski Patrol Director works closely with mountain leadership to develop safety programs, improve operational efficiency, and ensure a safe and memorable experience for guests and employees at Anchorage’s community ski area.
