About the role
As a full-time Relationship Manager - Enterprise IT, the successful candidate will manage complex, multi-vendor infrastructure engagements for enterprise accounts across academia and Fortune 500 companies, focusing on client relationship development and tailored solution selling in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-lifecycle account development, including prospecting and expanding client relationships
Conducting consultative discovery to propose tailored, multi-vendor solutions in partnership with pre-sales engineering teams
Maintaining operational excellence through meticulous CRM record-keeping and coordination with internal teams
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of quota-carrying experience in outside enterprise sales of data-center-centric IT solutions
Proven track record of developing accounts from scratch with significant annual gross margin achievements
Solid understanding of enterprise IT concepts, including data storage, networking, and HPC
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience
Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
