About the role
- Manage and resolve incoming support tickets via our RMM platform (e.g., NinjaOne)
- Provide face-to-face and remote technical support for Windows 11 laptops/desktops
- Provision and support iPhones; coordinate with cellular providers
- Perform employee onboarding/offboarding: Device configuration and setup User account provisioning and deactivation Managing permissions in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, ERP, and internal platforms
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot SolidWorks and PDMAdminister Exchange Online: shared mailboxes, calendars, distribution lists
- Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for MFA, Conditional Access, and user management
- Assist with backups, device transitions, and data migrations
- Provide basic troubleshooting for Ubiquiti UniFi networking gear (APs, switches, firewalls)
- Perform network cabling and patch panel work
- Support Microsoft Intune for device policy and app deployment
- Maintain accurate hardware/software asset tracking
- Create and update IT documentation (setup guides, procedures, configs, etc.)Escalate complex issues to the senior IT team
- Other duties as assigned
- 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Exchange Online
- Skilled in supporting Windows 11 devices and user account management
- Experience provisioning and troubleshooting mobile devices (iPhones preferred)
- Familiarity with ERP platforms and supporting business systems
- SolidWorks and PDM installation/troubleshooting experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between Dogwood sites (mileage reimbursed)
- Strong communication, task tracking, and documentation skills
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Intune for device management
- Familiarity with Ubiquiti UniFi networks and basic troubleshooting
- Exposure to ERP platforms with user/permissions configuration
- PowerShell scripting or automation knowledge
- CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals, or equivalent certifications
- Awareness of CUI (Controlled Unclassified Information) environments or secure IT practices
