About the role

LCOS in Port Washington, NY seeks a part-time Minister of Music (up to 15 hours weekly, with extra hours during Advent, Christmas, Lent and other events) to lead and grow our music ministry. You will collaborate with the Pastor and Worship Team to plan worship rooted in Lutheran liturgy, recruit volunteers, direct the choir, manage music licensing, and oversee seasonal offerings. Salary: $30,000–$35,000; four weeks vacation and additional benefits.
