About the role
Office Assistant Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is looking for an Office Assistant. This position will provide high-level administrative support to multiple departments within the company. Specific Qualifications Qualified candidates will be friendly, team-oriented, and have the following skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office, with a heavy emphasis on ExcelGood phone presence Attention to detail Accurate work production Time management, prioritization, organization and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently, self starter works well with little supervision Highly organized These additional skills are not required but are beneficial: Bilingual This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or work authorization support. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship.
