Role Description:
This position designed for someone who is comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment, and wants an opportunity to grow within the mortgage industry. The primary responsibility of the CSR is to make outbound calls through our company phone system, connect with prospective mortgage customers, identify basic interest, and transfer qualified or interested consumers to one of our Licensed Loan Officers. CSRs are not responsible for originating loans, quoting rates, providing loan advice, or discussing specific loan terms. Their role is focused on customer engagement, prospecting, and connecting interested homeowners with licensed mortgage professionals.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Service Representatives or Customer Support, preferably in financial services or mortgage lending.
Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to address inquiries, resolve issues, and manage expectations effectively.
Proven ability to enhance Customer Experience, including clear communication, active listening, and a client-focused approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks in a structured environment.
Basic understanding of mortgage processes, loan products, and regulatory considerations, or willingness to learn quickly.
Proficiency with common office software, CRM systems, and phone-based customer support tools.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in business, finance, or related fields is beneficial.
