Must have: Active Certified Safety Professional License Required 10+ years of HSE leadership experience in electrical construction, heavy civil, or industrial environments. Certified Safety Professional required Experience with Construction EHS Experience required, Experience with Electrical Construction preferred Extensive experience overseeing safety programs for field electrical operations and high‑risk technical scopes. Strong knowledge of NFPA 70E, energized work procedures, and electrical hazard mitigation. Experience supporting multi-project portfolios across large geographic regions. Proven ability to analyze safety data and drive metrics-based improvements.
Overview: Experienced HSE leader overseeing safety operations across large-scale electrical construction projects in the east coast region. Leads the development and execution of regional safety strategy, partners with Project Executives and Superintendents, and drives a strong culture of electrical safety excellence. Key achievements include mentoring HSE teams, implementing metrics‑driven safety programs, and supporting high‑risk electrical scopes such as substations, medium/high‑voltage systems, data centers, and major infrastructure projects. Ensures compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and company standards while elevating field engagement, hazard mitigation, and proactive risk management. Specializes in electrical safety, energized work controls, incident prevention, leadership coaching, and building world class safety cultures across complex project portfolios.
