About the role
To drive growth for a remote law firm, the full-time Sales Development Specialist will qualify leads, engage prospects through various channels, and ensure families are prepared for Life & Legacy Planning Sessions.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively engage inbound inquiries and qualify prospects based on their needs and readiness to proceed
Conduct preparation calls and schedule appointments, ensuring high show rates for planning sessions
Support marketing campaigns and maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions and pipeline statuses
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a sales development, appointment setting, or customer intake role
Strong active listening skills and high emotional intelligence for navigating sensitive discussions
Technical proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, and video conferencing tools
Demonstrated self-organization and performance discipline in a remote work environment
Ability to engage prospects rapidly and maintain high conversion rates
