Role Description:
The Senior Affiliate Manager is a full-time, remote role, responsible for leading and optimizing affiliate partnerships that drive revenue and customer acquisition. This role involves managing relationships with key publishers, negotiating commercial terms, and developing performance-focused campaigns aligned with client goals. The Senior Affiliate Manager will monitor daily performance metrics, analyze data, and implement actions to improve conversion rates, ROI, and overall program growth. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and recruiting new affiliates, coordinating promotions and launches, working closely with internal marketing and analytics teams, and preparing regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders. The position also includes mentoring junior team members, contributing to strategy development, and ensuring that affiliate activities adhere to brand guidelines and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing, with a strong record of managing and growing affiliate programs.
Proficiency in using affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and analytics tools to monitor performance and optimize campaigns.
Strong relationship-management and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with publishers and partners.
Data-driven mindset with solid analytical skills, including interpreting campaign metrics and generating actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present strategies and results to internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work on-site in New York, NY, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in international or multi-market campaigns is highly beneficial; background in e-commerce or lead generation is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
