Finance firm in West Palm Beach is hiring a Receptionist/Office Coordinator & Executive Assistant to support the CEO.
Hybrid Schedule: 5 days onsite October- May, 3 days onsite May-
October Responsibilities: Serve as the primary receptionist and point of contact for the West Palm Beach office, greeting visitors and managing incoming calls. Oversee office operations, including conference rooms, supplies, vendors, mail, deliveries, and building management. Coordinate meetings, catering, office events, and client hospitality. Provide administrative and calendar support to senior executives, including meeting materials, expenses, and travel arrangements. Provide light personal assistant support to the CEO and family Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Manage multiple priorities and ad hoc requests while proactively anticipating needs.
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in reception, office administration, executive assistance, or personal assistance. Experience supporting executives, business owners, or private families is a plus.
