About the role

Bonterra is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead the Corporate Giving domain, uniting Deed, Grants, and the disbursement service, and driving the migration to a modern standalone platform. You will partner with Product and enterprise clients to shape a bold technical vision while ensuring SOC 2 compliance and scalable, secure cloud-based delivery. You will build an organization, set standards, and coach engineers to deliver at enterprise scale, with direct collaboration across VP
