About the role

Diagnose and repair complex residential appliance and gas/electric water heater issues, resolve escalated service cases, and serve as a technical resource for the field team. Maintain equipment and inventory, attend and present manufacturer training, promote company services, and mentor other technicians. Requires a valid Maryland driver's license and at least five years of relevant experience. Diagnose and correct complex problems in residential appliances and gas/electric water heaters. Resolve escalated and repeat service cases involving multiple service requests. Maintain company stock and equipment and recommend inventory additions or deletions. Attend manufacturer training and share training with the service team. Promote other company services to customers. Train and mentor field service technicians.
