About the role

Focusing on building provider networks in new markets, the full-time remote Provider Network Executive will manage provider recruitment, outreach, and contract negotiations to expand ZERO's healthcare footprint. Key responsibilities: Recruit potential healthcare providers by conducting outreach and building networks from the ground up Engage with decision-makers at healthcare organizations through personalized outreach strategies and maintain relationships throughout the contracting process Negotiate contracts with prospective providers, collaborating with sales, provider success, and analytics teams to secure beneficial agreements Required qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a similar role within the healthcare sector 3-5 years of experience negotiating provider/payer contracts Preferred experience with bundled services contracts Strong understanding of provider revenue cycles and self-funded insurance plans Proficiency in CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce
