Mauritius-based Sustainable Finance Expert Bankers without Boundaries (BwB), an innovator in global finance, is an investment banking, asset management and advisory firm focused on delivering value to our clients that benefit the environment and society. Founded in 2013, BwB is powered by former investment bankers and is a not for profit, with operations in Ireland, the United Kingdom & Singapore. BwB serves the financial needs of governments, institutional clients, corporates, high net worth individuals, cities, and foundations worldwide in meeting the most pressing social and environmental challenges. BwB is looking to partner with a Mauritius-based Sustainable Finance Expert to contingently support an upcoming circular economy financing assignment in Mauritius. The expert should: Be based in Mauritius. Hold a Master's degree in a relevant field. Have at least 10 years of demonstrable experience working with financing institutions, project finance, or funding mechanisms. Have strong expertise in sustainable finance. Experience with: Sustainable finance Financial institutions (banks, DFIs, development banks) Project finance/funding mechanisms Highly desirable: Circular economy financing Green finance / climate financeMSME finance Gender-responsive finance Experience working with Government of Mauritius or other Small Island Developing States (SIDS) Experience developing financing guidelines, credit frameworks or investment criteria Fluency in both English and FrenchThe closing date for applications is 5 August 2026.
