About the Role: The Contents Packout Manager oversees all contents operations on fire, water, mold, and biohazard restoration jobs. You'll lead the packout team from start to finish -inventory, transport, storage, and return - while keeping jobs on schedule and customers informed through some of the hardest moments of their lives.
Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the packout crew on all job sites Scope jobs in advance to determine staffing and supply needs Oversee proper inventory, packing, labeling, and documentation of contents Coordinate with Project Managers and field teams on scheduling Ensure contents are handled, stored, and returned with care and accuracy Maintain compliance with safety standards on all job types including bio and mold Train and hold team members accountable to quality and efficiency standards Manage temp labor usage and control unnecessary overtime
Requirements: Prior experience in restoration contents required Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to communicate clearly with customers, crew, and management Comfortable working in fire, water, mold, and biohazard environments Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure Schedule - Full-Time Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PMOvertime required for emergency response situations Pay$25.00 – $27.00 per hour, based on experience
