A well-established, privately held organization in the Lehigh Valley is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and organizational support to senior leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished, dependable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a long-term opportunity with a stable organization. The ideal candidate will have significant experience supporting executives and a demonstrated history of longevity and commitment within previous organizations.
Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and leadership. Manage complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduling priorities. Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and related logistics. Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other executive-level materials. Serve as a key point of contact between executives, internal departments, clients, vendors, and outside partners. Coordinate meetings, events, and special projects as needed. Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion. Anticipate executive needs and proactively manage competing priorities. Assist with general office and administrative responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications: 6–10+ years of Executive Assistant or senior-level administrative support experience preferred. Experience directly supporting an Owner, President, CEO, or other senior executive strongly preferred. Strong employment tenure and demonstrated commitment to previous organizations. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Highly professional, polished, proactive, and dependable. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point. Comfortable working in a fully on-site environment.
